In order to choose the products that best fit your needs, it is important to understand what’s available. We offer several different curriculum products that cover many topic areas. These products vary in the amount of time it takes to cover the content. Some products will take 2 - 6 weeks, others, a whole year. Following is information that will hopefully simplify the process and help guide you through our various types of products.

SEPUP Full Year Courses A full-year of study incorporating several different activity types to facilitate student mastery of essential science content and process skills. Complete courses include 32 student books, a comprehensive teacher’s guide and a materials package with rolling carts.

SEPUP Units Units are truly integrated and can be mixed and matched to create a customized full-year science program. Each unit includes 32 soft cover student books, a comprehensive teacher’s guide and a materials package with a rolling cart.

SEPUP Modules SEPUP Modules are self contained instructional units which take between 2 - 6 weeks to complete. The modules typically deal with a specific topic area such as pollution, energy, waste and household chemicals. The materials package that accompanies each module includes enough material for 5 classes of 32 students (160 total students). Also included is a comprehensive teacher’s guide with black-line master student sheets and overhead transparencies.

LAB-AIDS Applied Science Concepts Kits The foundation in which this company was built, these kits are designed to address specific topic areas such as the Rock Cycle, Acids and Bases, Heredity and The Scientific method. Subject areas include Biology, Chemistry, Environmental, Life, Earth and Physical Sciences. The grade span of our products range from grades 4 – 12, although several kits have been used at the community college level.

LAB-AIDS Applied Science Concepts Modules Developed in collaboration with The University of Kentucky Physics Group, the module activities relate to everyday experiences that involve events or objects in the home, school or workplace, making science more relevant to students. Materials for 160 students and a comprehensive teacher’s guide with CD are included.

Consumable Refills/Replacement Parts All refills materials and replacement parts can be purchased directly from us. In fact, we strongly encourage you to do that as results and outcomes of activities may vary based on the products used. Chemical formulations do vary from company to company. Bulk refills are available.
